Our clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Prices and Payment
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT (20%). We require payment in full in order to process the order.
Warehouse Collections
Orders placed over the telephone or by email can be collected from our warehouse in Norfolk by appointment only. When collecting, please ensure that your transport is suitable for the weight of goods. We can advise approximate weights when quoting.
Delivery
If you are unable to collect, we can organise delivery to addresses within the UK. Deliveries are chargeable and the cost is based on the weight/dimensions of your order and location / handling requirements of your delivery address. Please contact our office on 020 8977 0820 or email us on clearance@outdoordeck.co.uk for further information on pricing and delivery options. We only ever charge delivery at cost.
Failed deliveries will incur additional charges if the failure was caused by restrictions or requirements that were not communicated at the time of placing the order, or if there was no-one to accept the delivery. Other conditions of delivery will be communicated at the time of placing the order.
Storage
Once your purchase has been made, we can store your goods for up to 4 weeks. Storage charges may apply after this time.
